COVID-19 - Errors and Deviations, Deaths and Distractions

The response to COVID-19 has been full of 'errors and deviations', from the very start. These have led to suffering and deaths that were all avoidable. Now the distractions continue on all sides while preparations for the fall happen out of sight, out of mind.
