Brock and Marta participate in Barrie Shepley's "Mega Day" (
The day consisted of a 4.75 km run, followed by a 3-hr indoor cycle with Sean Bechtel, lunch, a fitness equipment demonstration, and then an hour and fifteen minutes of "Power Yoga"
