Pierre Poilievre to STOP sending money to other Countries

Pierre Poilievre has recently said that he would like to pull money from other countries. Does he include Ukraine in that statement? He didn't specify, which worries me that maybe he will pull some funds from other countries we are supporting, but not Ukraine. I really hope he does not end up being some typical politician who says they want to help people, but end up contributing to mass death and destruction. Pierre Poilievre has a slogan, "bring it home". Bring the troops home, Pierre. Here's to hoping for change.
