Rumble If you have a dog, you probably know what it is like to come back to it after a long day at work. They run to you, barking and wagging their tails, so happy that you are home with them again. The severity of their reaction grows exponentially when you are gone for a weekend or a longer trip. Can you imagine coming home to your pooch best friend after 6+ months of military tour?
In this compilation video you will see why dogs are a soldier's best friend; dogs welcome home soldiers with wagging tails, slobbery kisses, and even hugs.
To our dogs, we are part of the pack. When we leave, it is involuntary and it is not natural for a dog to leave the pack. So when we come back, it triggers a response in the dog's brain, similar to the behavior between a mother and child.
To all of the brave soldiers out there, we wish you a safe and happy return home!
