Animal control gets skunk sprayed

A possibly rabid skunk wanders in circles around a neighborhood. Someone called Animal Control and one of the officials tries to take charge of the situation. He tries to get close to the skunk. It still wanders around in circles. When the officer gets too close, the animal sprays him.
