This Wellness Wednesday session was recorded on 12th July.

We are delighted to welcome Grant Andrew, DipPsych; Certified Heartmath Practitioner at www.drwellness.co.nz.

Grant is married to Dr Tracy Chandler, PHA Ambassador for NZ, and is a family man who loves the outdoors, flying planes, and teaching Tae Kwon Do in which he has gained master status.

HeartMath research has demonstrated that different patterns of heart activity (which accompany different emotional states) have distinct effects on cognitive and emotional function.
