How does the Money look in Gibraltar and Spain

If you are traveling to Europe and plan a trip to Spain or Gibraltar be prepared to use two currencies. Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory and uses the Pound Sterling. This Pound is slightly different than the GBP but is weighted against it (I’m not a financial expert and not giving financial advice, If you need that be sure to contact a professional).

I use these currencies on a daily basis when I’m in Spain and cross over into Gibraltar. Since I’m American, I’m always thinking about my money in relation to the USD.

So that’s why I started this play list talking about the currencies we have here in Spain and the currency they use in Gibraltar. I don’t understand all the logistics about the GBP, but a follower has brought to my attention the differences between the notes of Gibraltar and UK mainland.
These notes in this video were withdrawn from the Gibraltar International Bank ATM on main street.

Once again, this is just a demonstration of the currencies, I’m not pretending to know more than I do about them, I just use them often and have a bit of experience with them. Besides, you need money to travel and this will come in handy for anyone traveling to Spain or Gibraltar or even Europe and UK in general
