How to make quick, easy, creamy and very delicious stove-top macaroni and cheese. 9-year-old, Zoe demonstrates how to make the best macaroni and cheese you have ever had.

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 diced medium onion
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp mustard
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
1 cup milk
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
6 oz cream cheese
1 box cooked pasta shells

1. Add butter and olive oil to a pot
2. Saute onion for 3-4 minutes (until translucent)
3. Stir-in flour and cook for 3-4 minutes
4. Add mustard, garlic and all seasonings
5. Add milk and stir until smooth
7. Once mixture comes to a boil, add cheese and mix until smooth
8. When cheese sauce is smooth, gently mix in cooked pasta
9. Enjoy
