Lonely men NEED to hear THIS

Being an average, lonely man is a big problem in today's society. It's hard to attract a woman when you don't have a lot of value in Society. You need to build yourself up as a man and improve your body and your mind in order to start your progression to being higher value. This is very important. It's not okay to be to soft. I'm not saying go around and be mean or rude to people, but you have to find a way to have more confidence, and the way to do that, is to put yourself through something difficult EVERY DAY. Strong men are needed, and the feminization of males is poison to our minds, and to society.
