Canada set to dispose of $1 billion in covid vaccines

By now, it is obvious to everyone that the Canadian government did not do a cost or risk value assessment prior to purchasing the covid vaccine. The contract the government signed with the pharmaceutical companies is negligible, at the least. Between the federal and provincial covid advertising costs and the disposed covid vacinne doses, the loss to Canadian taxpayers could reach $2 billion.

The health minister admits that back in 2020, during the drawing up of early contracts, they didn't know which pharmaceutical companies were going to come up with a viable vaccine. If this is the case, why would they not inform the Canadian public? If the vaccine wasn't developed yet, why get into early contracts? Obviously, there were no long-term studies done. Is this negligence on Health Canada's part? Canadians were the test subjects for the vaccine. This is against the Nuremberg code and is criminal negligence.
