FIRE! 1834 World Chess Championship [Match 5, Game 1]

This is the first game of the fifth 1834 unofficial world chess championship match between Louis-Charles Mahé de La Bourdonnais and Alexander McDonnell.

La Bourdonnais has won matches 1, 3 and 4, whereas McDonnell has won match 2.
This means that La Bourdonnais is winning 3 matches to 1.

So join me for this first game of match 5. It is a fast paced Evan's Gambit with both players having good chances to win. In fact, everything is on fire!

Don't worry though, this is fine.
