Vegan Papaya Salad Laos Style - ตำลาววีแกน

When our papayas are young, we make this delicious Thai favorite. Most of the ingredients are grown on our farm. Some ingredients, like the fermented bean sauce, are produced locally, but we do plan to make our own in the future. After this young papaya stage and just before they get ripe, we will make a curry, which I will showcase in a future video. If they are just a little ripe, they make a sweet treat. However, when they get too ripe, we will feed them to chickens.
