Raw First Time Gameplay: The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood Demo

This is a first, a video with some commentary included. Please bear with me as I figure out where to set the mic to, and with the poor quality mic itself. My goal if for each one to get a bit better. But that's all that's different. We are still going in blind, you are seeing my fist moments with the game.

I'm still not totally sure how to describe this game. There is a story, and it seems like there will be a fair amount of it. The core of the game though is building your own Tarot Deck, like not just making a homemade Tarot Deck, but literally creating a totally new thing, with new cards that have their own meanings. You reading fortunes seems like it will be one of the driving forces for this game that's going to dictate the story and it's direction, maybe? But building and using the deck will be a large part of the game, either way. And yes, you literally get to make the cards. like you get to design them and everything. Both that aspect and the story hold some appeal to me and have a lot of potential.

Beyond that, its got just gorgeous pixel art. And I was really digging the music as well. The demo just dropped on June 15th, 2023. The full game doesn't have a solid release date, just 2023 so sometime this year barring delay causing complications. I don't think it will be for everyone. But You've got this video to give you some idea what it's like, and you've got the demo you can find on Steam (and possibly other places, Itch and GameJolt are good places to find indie game demos) so you have the tools to figure that out and decide for yourself.
