"State v. Frank Staples" trial case was dismissed by the judge @ Concord District Court 06-13-2023

"State v. Frank Staples" trial case was dismissed by the judge today Friday, June 13, 2023 at the Concord District Court. Praise God!

Frank Staples was arrested for staying to make sure no one left behind (woman bundled up her baby in the winter) after an Executive Council meeting about COVID-19 money. The prosecution did not show up so the judge dismissed the case. Many witnesses and supporters showed up and plan to camp out the whole day as schedule from 9am to 4pm yet all were surprised with the happy ending!
