It's okay to cry, we need to let out our emotions, but sometimes we also need to keep it to ourselves and cry and grieve alone. I'm not saying don't speak up if you need help. I'm saying that if you cry over small things, especially publicly, you need to understand that you have a problem. You have a mind that you cannot control. Even in times of tragedy and major stress, you cannot cry in front of your peers, wife, or especially your kids all of the time. If you do, your children will learn to think it's okay to show emotions all of the time. You WILL be viewed as weak, whether you or woke society likes it or not. Men need to show that they can create and maintain a stable household through strength.
