This is our great Recipe to make your own Mango Habanero Hot Sauce at Home. You can add more or less Habaneros, depending on how HOT you like it.

Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Mango
4 Habanero Peppers
1 Carrot
1 sm Onion
1" Ginger, peeled
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 cup White Vinegar
1 cup Water

Peel and cut Mangos.
Remove stems and seeds from Habaneros.
(Best to use gloves when handling peppers)
Peel and chop Carrot.
Cut Onion in quarters.
Blend all Ingredients together.
Pour Mixture in med sized pot and low simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat & cool.
Fill bottles, yield 3 cups Mango Habanero Hot Sauce.
Enjoy!
