This is a clip taken from my Block 1: Week 4 Paused Squat and Comp Bench session. You can view the whole training session on my channel. This was prooobably a bit higher than RPE 7.5, which was what was prescribed for this set, but I was hungry for a PR, and 160 was a more appealing number for me to hit than 157.5, lol.
