Octopath Traveler 2 (PC) - Part 91: Endgame Preparations

With all of the main stories and Crossed Paths completed, as well as all but one Side Story, it's time to make our final preparations for the final chapter, as well as the ultimate Superboss at the end of the final Side Story. This means getting Hikari all of his best learned skills, getting some powerful NPCs to follow us, getting Castti's concoction materials maxed out, and grinding our travelers to max level, as well as using the nuts we gathered from Octopuffs. The Superboss and the True Final Boss will require everything we got and then some!

14:31 - Foreign Assassin upgrade for Hired Help merchant skill
19:46 - Getting the third Thief license
