2008/04/02 educate-yourself org posted an open letter critique of biopro written by Dr. George Carlo of the Safe, Wireless Initiative Washington, D.C. stated that In 2005 Igor Smirnov, MRET technology & Biopro presentation fabricated science data that could be leverage to sell its wares & gain a working alliance with the Safe Wireless Initiative We did not make it a priority to perform the proper due diligence with independent testing, we took it, Biopro & Smirnov at their word & at face value BUT after completed independent testing & evaluation there was no doubt that the Biopro technology does nothing of what it claims & the alliance with Biopro was severed so Please accept my sincerest apology for any harm this misrepresentation has caused you. & it was indeed one of my most regrettable professional mistakes.
