It's been a hectic few days in Ukraine and Russia. Bakhmut was declared captured by Wagner forces on May 21st and the next day, Russia was fending off an attack in Belgorod by the Russian Volunteer Corps and Freedom of Russia Legion. It's so early after the battle of Bakhmut to make any sort of sweeping claims but here are some ideas of what it could mean for the larger war.
