60,000 lbs of Chemical Explosives "Disappear" from Train

Ammonium Nitrate, can be used as either fertilizer or explosive.  We were told it was what was used in the terror attack in Oklahoma City Bombing.  Now a large quantity has "disappeared" in route, from a train.
