My First Attempt at Making Sourdough

Follow along as I start my sourdough baking journey. Truthfully it was far from perfect, but I’m fairly certain where I went wrong. I will continue to work to improve my baking skills. I’ve made bread plenty of times, but never sourdough, so it’s a new experience for me.
