California to Hand Out $800 BILLION to African Americans For the Slavery That NEVER EXISTED There!

California is about to commit economic self-oof by going ahead with reparation payments to all African-Americans in the state. There is so much wrong with this, but the big points are California never had slaves and this would simply be a down payment and not a solution.

Perhaps the next meeting is looking for something a bit more... final?
