WE LOST SOMEONE SPECIAL

Last week, we lost Kai, our loving trail dog. He wasn’t old, and it was far too early for him to leave us.

Once we realised something was wrong with him, we made an effort to let Kai enjoy his time with us - just like we would’ve done for a human.

Kai had a sarcoma - basically a malignant tumour inside his pelvis. We had no idea until we got him checked out by a specialist.

But like with everything, there’s always a silver lining.

Kai was able to continue life, and we made sure he enjoyed every minute of it.

He spent a lot more time with us.

Travelled with us.

Enjoyed all the treats, swims, and mountain bike runs :)

In fact, he spent pretty much every waking second by our side.

Kai, it’s been a blast.

We love you and you will be missed.
