I've started using a simple tracker to keep an eye on some of the things I feel are fundamental to personal growth, these are thing connected to physical and mental health and once improvements are seen they will also be felt, giving you a better platform to self improvement.

After reading a load of self help books, and watching ton's of videos, I thought I would try to create my own method, and this is my first step to creating something which is simple and works, hopefully it can work for you.
