RECIPE FOR MAGNESIUM DRINK
This works great for pain since most ppl are low in magnesium. One of the main causes for pain besides lack of water is low levels of magnesium.

I recommend you make this Magnesium Drink (recipe below) and notice how you feel then.

1 handful of parsley (Italian or regular)
• 1 handful of cilantro
• 1 handful of spinach
• 1 cup of water

1. BLEND THE ABOVE in a power blender like Vitamix or Blend Tec x 30-60 seconds. Do it for 2-3 minutes in a regular blender.

2. Strain through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or a Bounty paper towel.

Pour the finished product into a glass. Drink within 20 minutes. May do up to 2 x day, but don't do more than 2 days in a row.

These 3 herbs bring magnesium into the body very quickly. It works when a person is deficient.
