Clothing: Black jeans, cream colored button up shirt, brown suede shoes
Tattoos: "Glenda" on one arm and "Ruth" on the other
William was with 2 friends , Burr dropped off the 2 friends at 3:45 AM and was heading home the beach road.
He was driving a 1988 gold Toyota station wagon , license # 1CMP963
Vehicle is still missing.
