Letecia Stauch is a lying liar who lies and who reported her stepson Gannon Stauch missing on Jan 27th, 2020 when it appears that she actually killed him. After 2.5 weeks of trial, we have several lies, confusing stories, ridiculous phone calls, and two, maybe one, maybe three??? Men who took Gannon. Lets talk about it all including her insanity defense.

of investigating, authorities say that they believe his stepmother killed him on Jan. 27, the same day Letecia reported him missing. Letecia had fled Colorado to South Carolina making several stops along the way. One of those stops was in the Florida Panhandle where she dumped Gannon's body. Letecia was arrested for Gannon's death on March 2, 2020. On March 20 2020, authorities announced they had found Gannon's remains in a suitcase under a bridge in Florida.

She is not claiming she was legal insane at the time of the murder.
