It's been nearly three months since the disastrous toxic train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio and residents are still struggling to decide whether to leave or stay.
Some are so desperate to get out, they're willing to sell their house for far less than what it's worth. Others, as CNN’s Jason Carroll reports, are trying to convince people and businesses to stay.
