Bilbrey & Josh break down a segment of the "Citizens Concerns Section" of the most recent Winchester (Indiana) City Council Meeting from Monday, April, 17th, 2023. This was a BIG MEETING, because it was Josh's RETURN to the Council chambers after being silenced for 3 meetings! AND HE WAS ON FIRE!

BUT... something strange happened!

While Josh was talking about women, using their First Amendment Rights to FIGHT for the right to vote... Winchester City Councilor Terry 'Bear' Alfrey... GOT UP AND WALKED OUT! PROVING THAT HE, IN FACT, HATES WOMEN!

Then while Josh was talking to Winchester City Councilor Jim Nunez, about the First Amendment, something else strange happened! Josh started to read the text of the First Amendment and Randolph County Commissioner Gary Girton, who was sitting in the audience behind Josh, GOT UP AND WALKED OUT! PROVING THAT HE, IN FACT, HATES WOMEN!

VERY STRANGE! But I'm glad we know this now!
