China supersonic drone Gravitas : will it be spying on India and Taiwan??

American's National Geospatial intelligence agency reveal that China could soon be deploying a supersonic spy drone which travels three times the speed of sound and at three times the height of commercial jet. Will it be spying on India and Taiwan?
