VALUABLE UPDATE: Free Church vs State Church

In this video, we go over some of the "legal" language and the history within these different tax codes, 508(c)(1)(a) and 501(c)(3) non-profit. We talk about mandatory exception, exemptions, unincorporated, free church, state church, faith-based organizations, ministries, reporting, non-filing, and more.

REMEMBER: Congress shall make no law...We get to define church, ministries, association, UNLESS we have applied for state/federal governmental recognition, I.e. 501(c)(3) and the like.
