When is a Roof Leak not a Roof Leak?
What if it isn't just the roof?
Can trained eyes can help tell the difference?
What we’ve heard from many building owners is that they are:
· Frustrated because they keep “chasing” leaks without resolution,
· Concerned about water damage to the building interior, and
· Worried about employee health due to possible mold and mildew in the building.

Over the years we have found many clients that are convinced they have a roofing problem, only to find out later there were other issues contributing to interior leaks.

Does it make sense to you to have trained eyes diagnose the problem?

In this case we see open building steel as well as failed and missing sealant from the original construction which were allowing water to enter the building, and were masked as “Roof Leaks”.

A leak: YES; a roof leak?: NO.

If the concept of trained eyes making a complete diagnosis resonates with you, let me know.
