"Lets Go Lick the World" -Biden

During his address at the Dublin Castle in Ireland, President Biden said "Let's Go Lick the World. Let's get it done." It's unclear what the exact meaning of this is. Joe Biden had many notable moments during his big trip to Ireland this week. He had new moments such as "I'm going to stay here" to getting lost on stage during an event. He even had a few "Don't Jump" moments and a "Not a joke". It certainly was quite the week for Biden's PR. Biden has said many times that he will be running for President again in 2024. Although, if it wasn't already obvious, Biden has further proven this week that he is extremely unfit to serve as President. Joe cannot speak coherently, he can't pose for photos and can barely walk on his own.
