In recent days, what are presented as some fifty leaked classified documents have become the subject of a global, strategic feeding-frenzy involving, among others, America’s friends and foes, alike. While the authenticity of at least a subset of these materials is in question, others are evidently actual reports on U.S. assessments and operations involving sensitive subjects around the world.

This CPDC webinar assesses both the damage being done by such unauthorized disclosures and what they say about the state of the U.S. relations with allied nations and America’s posture vis a vis a growing number of hostile ones.
