Senator Rubio Delivers Address on 50th Anniversary of the "War on Poverty"

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) addresses an audience in the Lyndon B. Johnson room of the U.S. Capitol regarding the 50th anniversary of the "War on Poverty." He discusses the opportunity gap, the role of marriage in decreasing child poverty, a lack of education, unemployment, and the role that the free enterprise system can have in solving those issues.
