Why We're Not Great at Discipleship

Christians need customized discipleship care to learn how to care for themselves and others. Most training is in a group and generalized context where the teacher discusses theories, practices, and even case studies. The problem is that generalized training presumes the disciple will know how to evaluate their unique situation, reframe what they learned, and apply it to their unique situation.
