Super Mario Odyssey Spoiler - How to find Yoshi at the Top of Princess Peach's Castle

In this video we discover that Nintendo developers have a sense of humor when it comes to internet rumors when we find that they have added Yoshi to the top of Peach's Castle in Mario Odyssey.

Ever since the N64 there were rumors that you could find Yoshi at the top of Princess Peach's castle. People searched high and low in the Mushroom Kingdom for a way to see if this playground-worthy rumor had a tick of truth. This urban legend persisted from Mario 64 on the N64, Mario 64 DS for the 3DS and even up to and thru the Wii and Wii U Virtual Console releases of the game. But gamers everywhere came up short, no Yoshi anywhere. Now if you collect 120 starts and get the canon you can find him, but many gamers gave up well before then.

Showing that they have a sense of humor Nintendo developers who worked on Mario Odyssey for the Switch have added that Easter, erm, Yoshi Egg into the game. Yes, you can find Yoshi on the roof of Peach's Castle, just as was rumored over 20-years ago. Thank you Nintendo for making this a reality. I'm not one for pointless fan service just for fan service sake (I'm looking at you Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Rogue One) but this actually adds to the game.
