Commissioner Brendan Carr criticizes the FCC's abrupt reversal of the $885 million infrastructure award won by Elon Musk's SpaceX Starlink in 2020.

Today we read through Commissioner Carr's letter to the FCC and try to decern how this decision can impact rural Americans.
