Russia has said the the risk of a Nuclear clash was at its highest level in decades. Sergei Ryabkov, Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister, said this and warned that Moscow was in a de-facto war with Washington over the Ukraine crisis. The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister further said that Russia is committed to keeping the world "safe and free" from the threat of a nuclear war.
