Celebrating the Rogue Valley Heritage Grains Project

Hosted by the bountiful, organic, Fry Family Farm in Medford, Oregon, farmers, millers, seed savers and supporters gathered to taste various ancient, unadulterated grains from around the world, grown locally, baked into various breads in an outdoor oven. These heritage grains are low gluten, possess a very high protein content and require little or no irrigation. This will lead to more diversified food security in the Rogue Valley.
