DeVore gun-ban challenge continues, subpoenas quashed; McHenry case judge tells state try again

Bishop reviews the latest out of the state-level case in Effingham County challenging Illinois gun and magazine ban where a judge denied the state's motion to suspend proceeding pending action on a separate case in front of the Illinois Supreme Court while quashing a subpoena. There's also an update on the case out of McHenry County where the state's attorney there is suing over the gun ban. That case was previously moved from state court to federal court. The judge there told the state to try again in a motion to judge the case on pleadings.
