Local Russian deputy fined 150k rubles for watching Putin speech with noodles on his ears

️In Samara, Russia a court in Novokuybyshev fined a local deputy named Mikhail Abdalkin 150 thousand rubles for watching one of Putin's speeches (actually the 21 February State of the Union speech) with noodles on his ears.

The deputy was found guilty of "discrediting the Russian army." The MP of course pleaded not guilty.

Noodles on the ears means that the listener listens complete horsefeathers… English analogy: to pull the wool over somebody's eyes.
