(Suspended) Dr. William Bay explains why today’s decision by the High Court to refer the 'Australian Babies' case to the Federal Court is a win for freedom and the rule of law.

Originally a plaintiff in the Australian Babies case himself, William withdrew when he realised the case could not succeed. He also held grave concerns about the consequences of a constitutional "change in standing" should the case have succeeded.
