Plenty of people are discussing the adverse events/side effects of the COVID-19 vaccines (particularly the mRNA vaccines) ; However, there is a mental state described in the documents of the CIA's 20th Century mind control program, known as "MK-Ultra", known as "abaissement du niveau mental", that no one is discussing, and that even (perhaps even ESPECIALLY) the unvaccinated can begin to experience during these tragic times.
