Finally obtaining the name of the purchaser, Fear reports back to Mercer Frey, who reveals the backstory of Karliah. Together, Fear and Mercer Frey venture into the treacherous Snow Veil Catacombs to find her. However, what Fear uncovers is far from what he expected, and he nearly loses his life in the process.
