Granville Elam Interview

Mr. Elam is one of the live-In House Directors at The Orchard house in Milan Tn. The Orchard House Transitional Home is a faith based 100-capacity house for inmates reentering into society with the goal of reducing recidivism. It is an approved Tennessee Department of Corrections Transitional house with a 12-18-month program. They teach men to reject passivity, to embrace responsibility, to lead courageously, and to invest eternally. The program consists of daily classes on spiritual growth, work ethics and job training, community outreach and service hours. Food, shelter, transportation and assistance with supportive services and education and career goals are provided.
