When creating new habits even when you are super hyped and positive about it, the body will influence the mind in a negative way. It will tell the mind "hey, we are not used to this, you need to go back to where we are comfortable" and that is when the mind starts to break you down. This is what I call the "bitch voice". It works like a devil in disguise, it will tell you anything for you to quit.
"You have been working so much for these past couple of days/weeks/months it's okay to have a pizza, a beer, a cupcake, a bunch of booze, a bunch of drugs, a bunch of candy" a bunch of whatever your vice might be.

When you understand what your voice is actually saying, which is "stop what your doing and go back to what you've always been doing"
You are creating that iron mind, you are understanding that when your voice is telling you to stop, you need to keep pushing because now the goal is so much closer. Otherwise the voice wouldn't be there. The old is crashing down and the new is paving the way.

And don't let your demons poison other peoples lives. Get your demons in check, talk to someone, get help, do what you have to do to beat them. Be a good person.
