10 Minute Breathwork For Stress Relief

Yaama Yaama everyone!

I have created a 10 minute breathwork session using a combination of techniques to help alleviate stress and to bring peace and connect you to the present moment. This meditation has soft Indian flute music included.

I would recommend listening to this in bed if you have trouble getting to sleep and using it when you feel stressed or any other time you need to bring yourself back to the present.
