Dishonored 2, Playthrough, Pt. 6

I don't know how to get past a lot of these guards and witches, without killing them. More often than not, I would be detected. I did manage to take out the main target in a non-lethal way, which I think is a bigger advantage than the grunts. I have invested too many whale bones into powers that would have been better suited to my playing style. I used to be better at this game but now I am very rusty.
